This trailer seems creepy but at the same time calm and innocent (the piano background). So far, the narrator of the video makes this seem like Disney's The Haunted Mansion cause in that movie, the butler was "the key to unlocking the mystery" and in this, the lady Mrs. Danvers is said to be the key also.
