My book has briefly gone from mystery to a story of a teenage girl’s life. Lani was temporarily taken out of the story, and has been about Claire, the protagonist of the story. What has happened to Claire in the last few chapters is that she took a head injury. However, now she is going to a free clinic with Lani to see her test results. She is doing this because here you can see test results without a parent getting them too. She doesn’t want scare her mother.
My review of the book now has to be lower than what I have originally gave it. The book started out fresh and jumped into the mysterious part, now it has lost its track. I am still entertained by it but from chapters 5 to 8, What Happened To Lani Garver has really been different.
